If you click on the link I put on my first post. You will see that you are putting bacteria in the tank. You add the fish so the bacteria will have food in the form of ammonia. With countless reviews and no one disputing Dr. Tims claim that his product works, there is no reason for me to believe that it won't work.

If I notice any problems with the clowns, I can always abort and put them in my big tank, but so far they are swimming around with no problems or signs of stress.

I'm not being impatient. I am trying out a product that doesn't require me to let an empty tank sit for 4-6 weeks. Plus I am posting my results for 3reefers to judge for yourselves if this stuff works.

I did cycle my bigger tank the old way. If for some reason the clowns look stressed, I will take them out and put them in my bigger tank

Add the whole bottle. You can't overdose it, it's just bacteria. To avoid spending excess money, get the bottle that is for your tank size

Make sure you do your research on that stuff before you use it.

    Day 3

    no change.
    nitrite 1.0
    nitrate 5.0
    ammonia 2.0

Everything should start going down in a day or 2. Meanwhile the clowns are swimming around a lot more. Probably because they have gotten use to the flow in the tank.
