50 cal + ATV =

Here in OK they've legalized and are actually promoting the chopper hog hunts. I used to hunt them when I lived in central Texas from my experience if you get them when their small they're pretty tasty and lean the bigger they get the tougher the meat

 

That guy in the chopper is one hell of a shot! Gezz... Anyone who has ever tried to shoot on the move knows how difficult it is but from a chopper? I wanna try just to see how I do! LOL

 

All mammals are edible. All reptiles are edible. I think all birds are edible. And some fish you have to be careful with. Vast majority of insects are edible, even in their various stages of life. So are worms. Most amphibians. Even the squirrel you ran over the other day. There's no reason you couldn't have gone back, picked it up and cooked it. Fresh road kill is just as safe as fresh gun kill.

Even really wormy pigs are edible if you use enough fire and time... And the thoroughly cooked worms are edible and extra protein... Doesn't sound appealing?


I find it fun when people talk about how terrible it is when these terrible pigs aren't eaten but just left to rot... Oh yeah? When was the last time you ate the possum you ran over? That's what i thought. Yuk.
