Ok so i dont know if any of you saw my algae problem in ID thread but heres a recap: i had a pretty bad bryopsis problem...pic:[IMG]
So yea it wasnt too pretty...anyway i pulled a lot of it up manually and then turned the lights off for 4 or 5 days...that stopped it growing but it wasn't dying. So anyway i went to a couple LFS today and got some supplies: a "reef master test kit" by API it has calcium carbonate hardness phos. and nitrate, a medium magfloat, some phosban because i thought i had a phosphate problem and didn't want to have to go back out, 2 turbo snails and 4 astrea snails. I also got an orange spot rabbitfish because it was on-sale and my buddy told me it would devour anything green(and maybe corals too but luckily i have no corals:) ) So yea i put the snails and rabbit in the DT and the phosban in the wet/dry(coincidently how long should i leave it in there:-X) and my striped damsel immediately starts trying to eat the rabbits tail which wasn't really a career move as the rabbit is 6 times his size and venemous....so i watched this go on for a while and decided enough was enough...long story short i took the stripey out and hes headed to the LFS...i had to take out 75% of my rock to get the damn thing so i decided to re-aquascape too...the water is still a little cloudy but here are some pics:

I wasn't able to get a decent shot of the rabbit because he is hiding behind the left island....i'll post a pic up as soon as he gets a little braver.

Ok here are some pics of my new fish

I just tested water this morning and my nitrates have spiked. Tested them yesterday just before i put the rabbit in and they were either 0 or not much above but now my new test is reading 20 ppm...i'm thinking its just because i just put a new big fish in and hes taking it as his sole ambition to massacre my algae problem in less than a week and so consequently he is producing a lot of waste and not all of that waste gets sucked into the overflow because it doesnt stay in suspension long enough which is easily fixable but my koralias are on backorder....
