55 gallon SPS reef- new additions (12/18/14)

Thanks. I'm smiling from ear to ear every time I glance at it.

I'm still waiting on the purple to come back in on the valida to the far left. The ponape on the front left is beginning to regain it's pink/green coloration. The valida on the top left looks brown, but it's actually mostly green and purple.

Looking back 3 weeks ago after the move, I am astonished by how much things have grown. Many have grown 0.5-0.75 inches!

 

Look at the gap between the Red in purple montipora over the course of 17 days after moving the tank!

Well I remember with the red monti was a little pale frag that would not grow. You obviously have now got it dialed in.

 

everything is looking great! what do you attribute your strong growth to?

 

does blind luck count? It sounds cliche, but stability most importantly.

But overall, I would have to say that experience Through trial and error helped. It's not easy keeping a 20 gallon aquarium with sps, lps and softies with little experience and knowledge.

You've come a long way, and as you know, its always rewarding when you realize just how far you've come.

 

So much has changed. I just moved the tank 24 days ago. Here is the tank a year ago.
