It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    A. hyacintus is one of my favorite, high flow and light, loved that coral and wish I would add to my list.

I have the aculeus and love it. Bright green and is tabling already. Started it from a little brown nub.

Here they are. The hyantius is on the left, obviously. 10953227_898166476872096_6407673425335813800_n.jpg

They are coming from halides to halides. Do you think they should still be light acclimated?

    Just a little documentation:
My alk has stabilized around 165 ppm (3.3 meq/l, 9.25 dKH) with my 2-part dosing. Calcium is around 435 ppm, but I am not sure I have dialed in that dosing pump yet, I am still toying with it.

My pH, between soda ash dosing (for alk.), improved surface agitation in my sump (to keep dosing locations from forming coats) and the reverse light cycle, has stabilized between 8.1 and 8.3 over a 24 hour period. That is a very tight range and should offer great opportunity for growth, when couple with stabilized alk and temperature (see below).

My temperature has fallen into a pretty tight range as well, fluctutating between 76.5-80.5 (and often between 77-79) throughout a 24 hour period.

Stability Promotes Success as they say and I have never had this much stability before.
