    I'm also likely to replace my Phoenix 14000k bulbs with the Aqua Connect 14000k as the Phoenix are well over a year old.

    The Aqua Connect produces the most PAR of any non- yellow bulb (6500-10000K) to my knowledge. They typically last twice as long too as as such, are twice the cost.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I have never seen an Aqua Connect but it would have to be pretty darn awesome to beat the look of Phoenix. I tried changing bulbs when I used MH, I always regretted it, except for Radium.

    Thanks. Here is the link I was referencing.

    The AQ14k produced PAR 15% greater than the Radium did in this test. Hamilton 14k, which I've used, outperformed the Radium, barely.

    I wish I had data on the Phoenix. A lot of ppl say the AQ14 is the Phoenix under a new name with a longer life span.
