    Looks like you are off to a good start--what type of rock is that--are you on the front side or back side of the brown diatom algae??

    Back side. There is about 45 to 50 pounds of LR and 40 pounds of lace rock.

    Those are not updated pics will get some soon. My tank has been set up for about 2.5 months now and my inhabitants are as follows:

    2 black percula clowns
    1 Fire goby
    I 6 linned wrasse

    Cleanup crew:

    6 assorted snails turbos, sand sifters

    2 camel shrimp

    1 cleaner shrimp

    Picking out an an angel soon to finish things off. Probably a pygmy, not sure what yet.

    My equiptment:

    55g tank

    Coral Life 48inch Compact Flouorescant Fixture- Two 65 watt 10,000 Daylight, two 65 watt True Actinic, and four lunar lights. Lights on Marineland timers.

    Two Koralia 2's

    Stleath heater

    Marineland C30 cannister(removing). In the process of building a 20g long sump.

    Aqua c Remora with rio 1200

    Things are really starting to take off! Have some descent coraline growth. Performed a 20% water change tonight and my vitals are good. Best of all my fish and inverts are happy! Started work on my sump, cutting and fitting acrylic. Also found a great deal on a cannopy and mounted some L brackets from Depot to sit my T5 on. Still working on the pic quality but here are some of the progress...
