    it was a FOWLR for around 5 years before I started with corals/anemone's

    This is the setup I started with in SW, well kind of, the original tank I had busted and spilled all over my floor a little over a year ago, after that I decided I'd switch to a coral and fish setup and the rest is history here on 3reef, I pretty much learned most of the fish side of the hobby from friends that have 20+yrs in the hobby one of which is a local restaurant owner with several hundred gallons of setups at his place. That is also where we run the grow out setups for the rose bta's
