6 bulb T5 enough light?

    Is a 6 x39w T5ho over a 39 gallon tank enough light to support (grow) "all corals"?? Such as anemones, SPS....ect..? Thanks !!

    with the right bulbs(3Xati aquable, 2x ati Blue+, 1x ati Purple+) you will be good for anything

    +1 ...I still only have 2 (two) 39w T5's over my 40 breeder. I'm gonna be purchasing a 4x39w fixture soon, only because I would like more coverage. All my corals have been extending and growing. I don't have any SPS however, so I can't comment on that.

    should be good, may want to put SPS middle or higher in the tank.

    I would say so... see the last page of my tank thread for some favorable color combinations for a six bulb fixture...
