I started out a while back thinking I would do this custom 45 cube design. I wound up buying a 60g Solana XL, ASM G1-X Skimmer, Neptune controller, and am awaiting a second generation Ecoxotic Panorama 24" fixture.

So this is now my 60 Cube build thread. As I started my leak and ops test run (fresh water in the garage) I though it time I posted something here.

If you remember, in this thread you introduced me to this tank, so this is all on you :)

Welcome to 3reef. I love rimless tanks. :)

Yours looks great already. What program do you use to render your drawings?

Thanks. I drew them in Google Sketchup and rendered them using the IDX Renditioner plugin.

I thought it looked like Sketchup. :) That's what I use. I'll have to get the plugin for some more realistic surfaces.

There is a free version that is limited to smaller images. I got the full up version on sale for $99, but I use it all the time. Bathroom remodel, boathouse design, this project, so for me it was worth the investment.

    Google IDX Renditioner free.

Downloading the free trial now. Thanks. I'll have to get myself the full version eventually. ::)
