    Funny....

On a serious side - do you think I can make do with one AI nano or do you think it would need 2? I believe it is 20 x 20 x 20 the tank.

I think I found a light, I love my acan on my DT and a local reefer just put up an 18" 600 prism. I am going to check it out and if I can make the right deal go with that.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I do not think you'll need two. My tank is 20x 24 x 9 with one AI Hydra 16 inches above. Higher it would provide better coverage. I think you'll be fine with a AI Nano for an Anemone dominated tank.

Looks like I am picking up the Acan light for the 34. I think it will add a nice look to the tank and being it is 18" will give me ( I mean her ;) ) really nice coverage.

Okay so I am picking up the light. I went with the Acan A102AC-18, I think this will be a perfect light for the tank. It has some nice features and can support corals if she goes that direction. Price was right. Also picking up a 6 gallon ATO container, which is perfect as I want to start building the stand and this way I can build this into the footprint.

Okay so I am going to start to post some pictures as I progress, I am starting the stand today. I am going to build it 26 x 26. I want to have the option for it to handle a 60 Cube as well if she wants to upgrade (she ha ha)

My idea is to build the frame out of 2x4's and to skin it with oak. I will build doors that will open on the front and side. I am planing a "furniture" quality stand, it will be all trimmed out and then stained. The inside will be caulked and sealed with Kilz and then painted a gloss white, I will have built in lighting inside the stand as there is nothing better than having light when your working on tweaking stuff!

The sump is a partial DYI, I have an oceanic sump that I am modifying so it can have a 4" filter sock.

I am excited!!! I hope she likes it!
