    Ya I know I should but my stand isn't tall enough so I have to keep it like that, any ideas on what I could do instead though?

    i have my sump in my basement and then the tank drains directly down into it. it has its own stand down there and no one sees it or hears it and it leaves more room for supplies in the actual stand cabinet. hope that helps

    Whatever the footprint measurments are go out to Home Depot, Lowe's or wherever and find a shallow trough to set it in. It's not rocket sceince just get it up off your carpet with a tray to catch any spills is all I'm suggesting.;)

    Mhm, I just filled up the DT and added some LR and LS to seed the tank! i will put more pics up soon. Another update is that I got my pump and HOB overflow today and i will be plumbing the fuge tomorrow!
