    I have two Koralia Evo 750's and a 250gph return, that's about 30x turnover without my return. Thats enough right? Oh and I did the flake food test and I have no dead spots in the tank which is nice haha

    Yeah depending on the corals you wish to have. Just look for dead spots specially in the back.

    I have 2 1050's, a 750 and 2 425's in the back.

    okay, I plan on getting another 750 when I get into SPS but that won't be for awhile. Do you think I need more flow if I just plan to have mostly LPS and a few softies?

    if the sponge on the drain gets clogged is that going to make water flow over the tank right there? Just an observation...hard to tell from pics but wanted to bring it to your attention just in case

    Thanks for the heads up but actually the sponge isnt inhibiting flow to the sump at all, I just shoved it there to muffle the sound.
