    Now that my base rock is live, i got rid of some of the extra rock (20lbs), i want more space on the sand for future corals and critters to walk on.

    Just thought i would give an update on my carbon dosing...its been 7 weeks since starting Bio Pellets and everything has gone smoothly. My Nitrates are undetectable, Phosphates are undetectable and my Params are CA-440 ALK-7.5 Mg-1300.
    My substrate is super clean and white and have zero algae/diatom/cyano

    nothing but coralline algae growing on my rocks

    Very nice! How do you like the biopellets? I'm thinking of adding a reactor to my system.

    As you can see i am very pleased with them they just have to be done right and not just dump a bunch of pellets and expect results instantly.

    Thanks, want to make it a mixed reef with SPS on top, SPS/LPS in middle and LPS/Softies on bottom. I'll be buying corals slowly now that I have depleted my fish fund :(
