Just got some updated pictures. I re-released the Northern Puffer, it was getting too big for my tank. It started out at ~3" and was ~8" when I released it on friday. The only fish left is a cunner (wrasse species). With the water warming up tropicals are on their way up here and it will be time soon enough to start seining for some migrants.

I've been in a battle with some cyano recently, but with the puffer gone, the bioload is WAY down and has been steadily improving. Almost no new growth since friday. The tank has been up and running for about 5 months now and is maturing nicely.

FTS, red gracilaria is macro in front right

Closer look, good shot of the laminaria (brown kelp), not sure if it can survive the summer temperature in the tank (70 degrees) when it is normally only found in the winter time.

Front left of tank, Ulva on bottom rock started growing from nothing, and a good shot of the cunner.

Picture of the overflow which has ulva, enteramorpha, gracilaria and other macros growing on it (possible Chondrus on the middle slots).
