I just read through this whole thing while at work shhhhhhh! don't tell on me LOL. Rough beginnings lead to an awesome tank. Amazon is taking over. I order a lot through them. Never had an issue. Now Amazon is building a warehouse here in FL. I gotta pay taxes on stuff now so we will see how that plays out. Different Topic. Di you get the canopy built? I think you will love having a sump. I have a friend with a 55 I'm trying to convince to switch over from a canister filter. His water is apple juice yellow......

psssttt......your secret is safe with me :) shhhh.....I'm responding from work lol - the canopy is built but I don't have it yet :( hopefully when we return from vacation we'll get the canopy on it! I thought yellow was the general tint of a healthy tank when I ran my canister :)

You must teach me your secrets to keeping your CBB as I was not so successful.

I think the secret was and I'm not sure I was successful given that I lost him :( (not from starvation though) but he was at my LFS for about a month and was eating everything while there. I'm not sure I would end up with one eating everything if it wasn't already eating...does that make sense?

I've had a few in my years they are just hard to keep. Very finicky in my opinion.

thank you so much siptang, coming from you, that is a huge compliment!

thanks Thor, although it looks like a cube, it's actually not - it's a 65 gallon wide. I like that it looks like a cube though

Great looking tank OFK! I'm jealous of your cube :( lol From my understanding you lost your CBB? I know they can be very finicky eaters but you said it wasn't from starvation but don't feel too bad. I've lost one before too that ate everything I gave it and one day he went belly up for Idk what reason but that was years ago though when I had my 90 gallon. Sorry about your loss.
