    Update - spoke to Robb, our carpenter friend/stand/sump builder. He's bringing my stand over tomorrow and will drill the holes for the return pipe.

    He is a bioball guy and I'm really not wanting that. He's very used to running bioball systems. So, the plan is, return compartment with media (probably disposable type of sponge and where GAC and other media will be), then the refugium, then the skimmer and then the return from left to right. He builds his own skimmers and they are evidently very sensitive to water height remaining stable. So, does this sound like a reasonable plan?

    We may be ready by next weekend! A week to build the sump and then set up.

    I'm celebrating by getting a couple pieces of coral tomorrow! Saw some really pretty mushroom/ricordia rocks that were priced very nice on a local forum.

    Today was a good day :) except for the stink bugs lol
