    the plan is a bunch of softies for corals... a yellow tang, lawnmower blenny, couple of clowns, raccoon buttlerfy and I think thats it....

    ok...stand is back in the house, Back of tank is painted gloss black
    Dang....still got A LOT of work to do....:lol:
    plumbing will be next, so I can start to cycle the tank while I build the hood and doors for the cabnet

    question.....
    trying to plan the plumbing....

    is it better to have a straight and short run on the overflow....or the return??
    just wondering if the skimmer side or the return pump side should go directly under the overflow.

    return, to avoid head pressure loss on your pump. you want max flow.
