wonder if this was the "big one" that we've been expecting for years the news said the area was getting 3.2 earthquakes all week long and now the big one hit

Oooh be careful of that. The quake we had here a few years ago, a girl and a woman decided to run out of the store instead of staying in. The brick wall in front gave way and killed them both. :-[

Yeah, get under something strong and cover your head. When the shaking stops go outside, but make sure you are far away from any buildings.

I know what you mean. When we had ours, I was in high school, and we all just sat there looking at each other, like "What the heck?!" And then finally someone yelled to get under the tables. It was so scary. and the ground was rolling...oh man, you're bringing back scary memories!! Lol

Wow.I think we would be expecting one as well sometime but I hope it doesn't happen at all.
Glad to hear that you're okay.

I was worried about my 120. My rock is balanced and when I set it up I said to myself I hope an earthquake don't knock over. I'm between LA and San Diego. A couple of gallons of water was thrown out of my tank:angry: Had to grab the power wire, water was going everywhere. First over the front, then over the back all over the wall, then back over the front. Need to get a ground fault protector put on that outlet like I keep telling myself. Luckily only two pieces of rock toppled and not the entire structure. Oh well, got to fire up the RODI and make some water.
