Thanks everyone, still dealing with some after effects, but nothing a few WCs can't solve. Yeah lots of sleepless nights in the last week was the name of the game (especially when the generator would shut off at 3am). The power going out apparently screwed up 2 of my heaters so I was always checking the temp and nitrates as well. Only reliable equipment was my air pumps lol.

I got my now squeaky clean sump up and running last night along with my reservoir so I'm about 50% back to normal (Some filters and webcam are offline still). Ph was around 7.8 this morning so was a little concerned about that, but going to measure it tonight so hopefully it will be closer to 8 then. Figured another 25% WC will keep the Ph in range. I have a FOWLR tank so probably not too much of a big deal, but can't let that get out of hand.

7.8 is fine as long as that's the lowest it's getting. My guess is with all the extra maintenance, your tanks health will really take off in the coming weeks :)

m2434: Tell me about it! I kept on complaining to the power company when they said Wednesday (9/7) would have been when I should get power restored. I just wanted answers on why when none of our lines are down and the operator couldn't give a reason. I feel like they skipped over our neighborhood to fix all the businesses near by. At least I was able to switch my generation charges to another company so I am sticking it to them somewhat, but still have to use them for delivery charges.

Yeah, hopefully the Ph will be higher tonight. Def. need to monitor it though.
