700 gph return flow

    Working on getting my new 29 going, I am going to get a mag 7 rated for 700 gph. Return height is about 2 ft my question is, will this along with 2 nano Koralia powerheads rated 140 each be enough flow?

    The mag 7 might be a bit overkill for a 29 . . . how big is the sump?

    The sump will be a 20 long, and im going to have a ball valve attached to the return section. Forgot, im also going to make a T in the return so I can have flow in both corners of the tank.
