A better picture would help, but first off it is not a flame wrasse. It is a type of fairy wrasse (Cirrhilabrus genus specifically). From that mediocre picture, I'd tentatively place it as a female Cirrhilabrus lubbocki (Lubbock's multicolor wrasse).

After looking it up it looks like one of the Cirrhilabrus lubbocki wrasses.. thanks .. Redfin Fairy wrasse is what it looks like to be exact.

    update.....
The Achillies caught ich and has since passed. Now my blue hippo has it and the minic tang too.. Since I noticed it I have been feeding them with food that should help cure the ich but time is not on my side.. It's a shame when a fish is so beautiful and the next day they are covered in ich and rub them selves on the rocks every second.. I have had the hippo for years, my guess is the achillies brought it in the tank.. BTW. please don't try and school me on a QT tank. I know what they are and what they do. Perhaps if I come across another achillies I will try a QT tank but the stress from that may kill it too.. man it's always the one that you like most that dies first.
