Should be! As mentioned, I use Eshopps on 3 of my tanks, and love them all. Once you get them adjusted (takes a week or two), you should never need to touch them again unless you make any changes (sump level, start using GFO, etc).

No problem! Glad you are asking all of the right questions instead of just buying things and wasting your money.

Make sure you wait at least 6 months (if not longer) before you get your first clam. And do some more research on the sand-sifting starfish to make sure you really want one. It should be fine in that size tank, but from what I have heard, you basically will never see it.

I think some people have had some issues with peppermint shrimp and certain corals. Maybe someone can chime in. Otherwise, I am a big fan of blood red fire shrimp. They are expensive, but they are not nearly as bad when it comes to target feeding corals. I have to stand guard over my corals in one of my tanks due to the cleaner shrimp always trying to steal food!

If you are going with a semi-aggressive stock list (sounds like you are), then fairy wrasse should be a good choice. Check out Evolved's thread on reef-safe wrasse to get some more ideas. I have never had anthias, but there is maybe only one or two suitable for a 92 gallon IIRC. The rest get too big.

Yes I plan on it being semi aggressive. Maybe I will put that mandarin in my fuge :) I plan on waiting a while before stocking with any coral.
