Video tape them if they do it again, and take their parents to court LOL...

their mom just cussed me out for trying to talk to her, cops went over and had a talk with her though even though they didnt do anything about it, guess they've been reported multiple times already so DHS is going to be having a stop by at their place

If you saw them do it, sue them. You probably won't get much out of it, but it will be a pain the a** for them.

 

Haha I agree. They leave anything laying around? Hijack it, make a stockpile then either a) have a garage sale (more satisfying making them pay for their own stuff) or b) give it to goodwill (not as satisfying but good for karma and you probably won't get caught).

 

put some magnets on their energy consumption meter. It will make it spin faster and more kilowatts will be drawn by their house... then when the electricity company comes by to manually check the meter they will be fined for tampering with the meter
