Okay first off sorry for HORIBBLE picture.. but i thought it was decent enough so you could understand.

    75 gallon Demensions are [48 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 21 3/8.]
Left side will be a total of 15" till the far left baffle. That section will be holding the skimmer. The three baffles will be 12" tall/1foot and will be 1.5" apart. So the baffle/bubble trap section will be a total of 4.5". The middle baffle will be 1" off the bottom. The middle section will be where the return pump/heaters will be located and that is a total of 14". Finally the baffle between the middle section and third will be a total of 16" tall and the third section"refugium" will have an 8" DSB so that leaves a total of 8" of water.

I will like some of your thought and ideas of what im doing. Thanks

The skimmer section should be at least 10". There is nothing wrong with 15". Most skimmers need 8-10. So you might have a stand 7" tall.

With the skimmer section being 15, then 14, then 16", you don't have much volume left. Now you could drain back as little as possible, and still have enough room for the water, but a little extra does not hurt. I have enough room in my 60g to take what drains back AND the 7g in my ATO bottle. So if the worst thing happened, I still won't over flow.

So while we want to maximize added volume, we also want to account for the unexpected. Just be sure to leave enough room. But ya.... looks good. Layout is fine.

    How long ar each sections?

First section is 15". The three baffles = up to 4.5" which gives me29 more inches to work with. So thats why I chose middle section to be 14" and the third section"Refugium" a total of 15"

Sounds great. Plenty of room. You really only need enough room for your return pumps, but your other sections are big enough. I put my media reactors in my return section. So you will have plenty of room for those. Plus, top off will be less critical. A 15x18 skimmer section will fit about anything for your size tank. You are going to be real happy.
