Yeah man, I'm sorry to hear this. They were a beautiful trio. You think you may try again with more anthias down the road?

That's what I thought too. I even had Sustainable Aquatics Hatchery diet in the feeder and would chop the meats up with a razor blade until they were practically mush.

Thanks. Yeah I will try again. Even Sanjay Yoshi failed numerous times before getting a trio that thrived.

I haven't really updated all of the new additions to this tank and to do it now would kill the site. lol
But here are my latest pick up over the weekend. Two 1" frags of YZ Red Planet $20 each, 2 good frags of some type of green polyped/yellow stag $5 each, and a 1.5" piece of a Jason Fox Meteor Shower $10

I was with the friend I got this piece from when he bought his from Jason during MACNA2011. I hope it grows as quick in my system. I can't believe he gave me such a big piece for so cheap considering he paid $100 for a 3/4" frag. It's good to have friends in the hobby...:)

Remember the little Yashi that got stuck in the hole in the rock? He's still alive and well. Probably my favorite fish in the tank too! A couple weeks ago I picked up a very, very small Randalli Pistol and released him in the same hole the goby popped out of the most every morning at feeding.
I didn't see 'em for a while. Then the goby made an appearance in a new area but not with the shrimp. After a week I began to think the little shrimp ventured out and the wrasse had a snack but 3 days ago I saw a pile of sand at the base of a rock and what I hoped was a den. Sure enough, as soon as the feeder dropped food the goby popped out and shortly after the little shrimp came up carrying a pebble. They moved from that spot to one even better, right out where I can watch them when they grace me with a show. :)

You can't really see the shrimp in the video but if you watch below the Goby, you will see him moving pebbles out of the den.

And the Photobucket vid for Steve (if he even still reads my garbage LOL)

Cool video and I'm glad the shrimp didn't end up being a snack for somebody lol.

The shrimp has opened up a cavern now and there's a huge pile of sand so I'm hoping that spot is home for awhile. Hopefully I can get a video of the goby dropping food at the opening of the den. It's a pretty cool sight.

That is too cool RM. Especially if they decided to make their home in a good viewing area...

It seems that will be the spot for a while. I'll try and get a good video sometime this weekend.
