    Looking for a good skimmer for a 75 gal tank. Any suggestions for me? Will also get sump depending on skimmers layout. thanks.

    Warner Marine MF121. Jon warner might have a couple of demo skimmers on sale for 190 shipped. best bang for your buck and will allow room to play.

    So is that, best of the best? I was told repeatedly not to "skimp on your skimmer". :)

    One of the best, yes. the best? idk, there are of course better skimmers out there but expect to pay more. this is the best bang for your buck at the moment.

    very nice. My LFS keeps pushing this eshopps s120... but I'm not too sure I'm buying their sales pitch, ya know?

    thats a $300 dollar skimmer that I dont think would be able to out perform the WM mf121 that I reccomended.

    Eshopps isnt a bad brand at all, I just wouldnt spend the extra money for a lesser product.
