    Can someone recommend a clip on light and bulb for 8 gall refuge? I have an extra double 24" t5 but i do not want to put light over the whole sump(over skimmer and return).

    The most common light to use for a refugium is a clip-on reflector with a 6500K cfl bulb (also sometimes referred to as a 'daylight' bulb). It's cheap and it gets the job done.
