    Welp,
It's been a while since my last update...

Here's the situation as of now::

I added some cured-rock to the system and as a result my prams went all over the place... Put it this way, if you were high on LSD - the colors would of looked good to you...

    SOOOOoooo..
I ended up pulling all of my stock out and ran a 80% water change and added some reef builder and purple up while leaving my cleaning crew inside.

Moved all the rocks, changed out 50% of my sand as well...

More or less, I did a major over-haul on 8gallons...

So here is the setup as of now,
We moved it from my desk as my computer was making the tank temp run at 81 all the time. This biocube is now between the two chairs in our tv room. Temp stays about 78 now. Added a Koralia Nano and removed the heater.

Center chamber is doing good as a fuge. Cheato is growing really fast and there are alot of pods in that center chamber!

Pics will follow in the next few days. Prams are all perfect, just want to wait a little longer cause "you never know" .. Once I'm comfortable, I'll add the GSP's back and my Pulsing Xenia.... and i'm sure my clown is tired of being in the QT tank........

    poor fella..

    Note to future cube owners,
don't add rock after ur tank is setup.. The small amount of water, is not suited to changes like that....

That's my issue, apparently I took it too easy and learned a lesson... Who would of figured a rock that weighed less than a pound would cause so much drama.... jeesh...

But hey, it is only 8gallons...

in 55g, i don't think it would of been an issue. anywho - laterz!

    Picture update!
Picked up another clown, finally...... So there are two now in the cube.

    Here they are together -

The boys are calling the new one "Skip" cause the middle stripe is not fully connected. As my 4 year old said "Look daddy, his stripe skipped a spot..." So, fish named!

Also, wanted to throw this one in.. Wife and I picked up a 30long tonight. This one is getting setup in the living room and will eventually become our main tank till we get the courage up for larger. I have hopes it will be about a year. ;)

Very nice, i want to start a nano but i already have too many tanks and a 300 to work on. :(

Also on a side note, purple up works really well, i'm extremely pleased with that product.
