So I scored a 90 gallon long yesterday, it measures 19" x 19" x 60" (HxWxL). I need some input about the usefulness of this tank. I think that it will be easier to light this tank because it is so shallow, but being 5 feet long, water circulation might be an issue. I do not like power heads so this may be a deal breaker as far as using this tank for a reef setup. Has anyone else out there setup this size tank with good results?

sounds like a great tank to work with to me Carpenter
you can fit 80 watt T5s on a tank that long - if you wanted
    I use K clone power heads in my 5ft - which is 18 x 18

the thing I apprectiate is that I can create nice low flow areas, at either end for my shrooms

if you got 2 or 4 Ks and put them on a wave maker- you could roll some water from one side to the other and then roll it back - which is a nice thing about long tanks IMO
