First of all this site is awsome everyone has such good info to give. My question is I have a wanna be 90gal reef. I have 3 anomones doing very well. But my goals are to have live corals. Do I get rid of the anomones? I have read that they will sting and cause harm to my corals.

i would think , if the anenomes have been in your tank for a while, and theyve found their homes and arent stil lroaming around , you can add corals. but id err on the side of caution where placing them. give them a wide birth around the nems

Keeping even a single anemone with coral is risky. With three when they are full grown you will not have much room for coral in a 90. The anemone can decide to pick up and move around stinging anything in its path at any time, or if an anemone splits the clone may decide it needs a new spot.

Lots of people keep them, but its risky and lots of people have had problems with them. It depends how much risk you want to take.

Well that answers my questions the nems have to to go. Now with a 90gal I have allot of dead or fosil corals on top of my live rock. should i start to pull that out?

No. Leave it in assuming it is not anything more than the skeletal remains. It will keep your calcium content up for use by the new corals you put in your tank.

I have a big LTA and 2 mid. sized Flower Anenomes in a 90g and there fine. I've had them a little over 10 yrs and still going strong. I agree with Divott, if they have been there for a while and are NOT known to move around, you should be safe. My 3 anenomes havent moved in yrs, they have found they're "sweet spot" and dont plan on moving;D.
