Achilles is my fav, the fit in a 90 pretty well also if their the only tang but really need a low stress tank to keep them successfully

Would two Koralia #4s be good for the 90 gallon? Too much, too little?

Also, how do I figure out what pumps I need for the sump...?

If your planning on keeping a Tang, from what I've read you want at least 35x turnover of your tank. When I keep adding a powerhead here or there the health of my tangs goes up alot!... Im currently at about 33x turnover, and the last powerhead I add after xmas will put me at about 37x.

Okay...so that would be like 2100 gph...right? So two koralia 4s would be 2400...so that should be good.

Also, if I put a filter in the sump, does the filter help turn over the water (even though it's not in the main tank)?

I believe you're return pump would be what would be giving the flow back to the tank.

You should be fine with that setup. Im assuming the return pump is gonna be rated about eh same as a K4.

Well with the bigger tank = the sump/fuge and your also thinking of adding a fish that has more variables to survival... Higher Bioload, more flow needed... etc.
