Im not being nasty, Just some companies can void your return if the fish wasnt acclimated correctly... thats all..

 

if they add ammonia detox chemicals to it then you are good to go because the chemical binds out the ammonia. im sure big places like liveaquaria does add this stuff

I have never ordered fish online so I dont know thier policies..

I think he might have just moved, but it's hard to tell, with him being in the bag. I'm almost done and I'll put him into the tank and see what happens!
