Great deal, you should be able to recoup a lot of your money on the sale of the skimmer.

I think I am going to keep it. Just need a few mods to the skimmer and take few dividers off from the sump (wont have a fudge any more) and I have a 400 dollar skimmer ;)

Here is the pics of it

Looks awesome, glad you have found a way to integrate it into your sump.

Why get rid of the fudge?

    It's very tasty.

Thats a great deal, congrats on the pick up. I'm scanning craigslist from miami to the space coast for a 90 gallon reef ready tank. No luck yet.

Two Quiet Ones running, no noise and I did not put the rubber feet on it, so it is sitting on the bottom of the refugium. NO noise.

Sand: Aragonite preferred; you get a leaching effect so that as time goes by you get some calcium and bacteria growing in the aragonite you won't get in beach sand. There are many fresh water things that just do not mesh well with a reef tank. Goes for food, plants, lighting, etc. Your sand (aragonite) will become "Live" sand, rock etc as you cycle the tank. Oh do please cycle effectively before you add any livestock. Do your tank and your self a favor, research and do not cut corners on the cycling of your tank. And this includes your sand and rock. You do not need to buy "live" sand or rock if you cycle correctly. If you do not transport your sand and rock they will die back and require a fresh new install cycle anyway. (you probably know all the above, if so forgive me)

GREAT tank purchase! Long live your passion for reefkeeping. Can't wait to see those pictures.

Thanks for advice. I wont need to cycle, moving all my rock and some sand from current 65g set up. Will reuse bioballs as well. Might have a small cycle but should be ok.
