90 Gallon Reef Tank Build/Upgrade

I currently have a 75 Gallon Mixed Reef that I will be upgrading to the 90. I know it ain't much of an upgrade but I have a new custom made stand and canopy and had to move the tank due to floor damage.

I basically am buying all new equipment. And this is what I have so far



Custom Stand with removable panels all around for ease of maintenance.

ADHI 30 Refugium Sump
2 MP10 Powerhead
Spectrapure Dual Reactor
2 Ecotech Radions that will be upgraded to Gen 2
All new Schedule 80 Plumbing with inline manifold for Chiller and reactors.
Melevs Reef ATO Reservoir
Tunze Osmolator ATO
Bubble Magus Dosing Pump
Custom 3 Part Dosing Reservoir


Here is my Manifold Setup so far, I got the idea from D2 Mini Build.

 

The Chiller is a Aqua Euro 1/4 HP

 

Now what would be the best size pump for me to run return and manifold with chiller and dual separate flow reactor.

I thought about purchasing the Reef Octopus DC 10500 Adjustable Pump.

 

Ohh, and protein skimmer is a Reef Octopus NWB-150

 

Nice Upgrade, NWB-150 works like a top. Can't wait to see this all falling into place. Good Luck.

 

I can't complain about that skimmer never had a problem with it lets see how it does in the 90

 

Does anyone have any recommendations for the GPH rate on return pump for my set up with manifold?

I will pick up the tank this week and get started.

 

Dry fitting the manifold pieces, this thing turned out being bigger than I thought but I will make it work. The ADHI Fuge light which comes with the sump is on the bulky side.
