Kinda dissapointed with T5 lighting system. The light bulbs were all unplgged to the ballast, So I plugged them all in, - I think I did it right...-
But the fans just run and light dosnt work =/

    *His Craiglist Ad*
i have a 90g AGA with corner overflow and black stand that i am trying to sell.
the tank has been used for about 6 months, no sctratches or dings. perfect shape,
the stand is used it looks new but u can see some one spray painted it. the bottom lip needs touch up.
the tank comes with a 20g sump, its just a tank with no baffles. and a quiet one return. its rated for 700gph i believe.
also in the tank is a dual prop coralvue powerhead 3000gph the newest pump to the tank and i think i used it for a month and a halp.
comes with heater. and i have a nova 4x54w light that i will give u with it. one of the ballast is out, u can buy a ballast for $46 bucks at
marineandreef.com. the fixture sells for $250 online but im giving it away with the tank. if u dont have a truck i can probably diliver with some gas money, like in san jose, santa cruz area
    EVERYTHING IS $250 FIRM!!!!!

$250.... is still a deal... cheaper than the glass tank brand new. I paid $299 for my glass tank (alone) new.

If there T5 lights, you cant really put them in wrong, just make sure the 2 pins are making a solid connection to the endcaps. I would have gotten the guy to get them working for you before you paid him, but I guess hindsight is 20/20.

he could not have done that, is every one missing that in the craigslist ad there was a ballast out....

or am i missing that it was replaced, i didnt see a confirmation on the replacement of the bad ballast, just that he tried to put light bulbs in...

before you do anything i would take a good look at that stand, make sure its going to hold that tank.

It says one of the ballasts is out, you would think 2 of the lamps would still fire, but I dont know how its wired so I cant really comment on that. Have fun finding a replacement ballast and wiring it up . . . oh the joys of buying used stuff off craigslist! ;D
