    i have a 90 gallon with a 4b t5 fixture and was wondering if i upgrade to uvi bulbs if i would be able to keep some zoa's and mushrooms. i plan on upgrading to a tek5 6 bulb in a couple moths but want some color in my tank until then.

    You mean UVL lamps?

    I would go ATI or Giesemann prior to UVL but that is just me...

    how about 2 ATI Aquablue Special and 2 ATI True Actinic

    You'll get better output from 2 Aquablues and 2 Blue Plus and still have good color. The ATI true actinics have pretty low output. For zoas and mushrooms either choice should be good though I think.

    what about 2 Powerchrome AquaBlue+ and 2 Powerchrome Actinic Plus

    That would be a viable option, will you have slightly less output with the Giesemann but still better than most lamps...
