What kind of camera do you have, Vinny? Can you set a custom white balance with it?

You probably need to set a custom white balance, especially with the LED's. By accident, I set mine by using the red in the War coral, rather than a gray scale. Play around with different settings until you find one that matches what you see in rl. Its frustrating not to be able to capture in a picture what you see when the blue LED's are on.
Your pictures look pretty good focus wise. I just hold the camera against the glass to steady it, or a rock if its inside the tank. Never use a tripod.

Wow time flies. Haven't posted in a while so I figured I would share an interesting thing that has happened to my Tomini Tang (Jeeves).I first began to notice one of his pectoral fins seemed to be damaged. It soon became clear he had some sort of bacterial infection or parasite.Within two days his fin was almost gone.I swear if I didn't have the number and kind of fish I have he looked like someone was beating him up.Fins were just shredding and dissapearing. He was having trouble swimming but still eating very well.
I thought he was a goner but all I changed was his diet.I don't know if it's because he won't accept Nori or what but a steady daily diet of formula2 and he has made a miraculous recovery.I have another Tomini(Sexual Chocolate) who has been on the identical diet (form2 about 2 times a week with flakes, pellets, and Mysis, mixed in.)Luckily today he looks 20 times better and his fins are growing back at an incredible rate.I am so relieved he is just a fabulous fish.8) He is not out of the woods but I am confident if hes made it this far he will be just fine.
I moved my tank around again with some really cool tunnels for him and I will post a new FTS soon. Thanks for stopping in.;D:loco:

I know there is garlic in the Formula2 so I was assuming this just boosted his immune system.:confused:

Either that or some trace nutrient that was missing in the diet. Maybe an example of the need to change up the fish diet routinely to make sure they get all the nutrients they need. :)

It's a good possibility that it may even be a combination of the two; Formula Two has more algae content for herbivores and omnivores. I feed Ocean Nutrition foods myself (Formula One and Prime Reef) because of the specialized variety in each one, and my fish love them... Even my Cleaner Wrasse has found something he likes and can thrive on. :)

Glad to hear he's recovering Bro, and waiting for that FTS. :D
