    I wonder if they had a phone book to call the police? Somehow or another I am pretty sure the police would have showed up if it were me too. Either to arrest me or to get my money back, not sure how that would play out.

    McDonalds probably should have given her what she wanted if they didn't have the nuggets ready, but they had no obligation to. Apparently the Mcnuggets weren't ready, they needed 15 min. to cook and she wanted something that was more expensive for the same price as the nuggets. McDonalds may have messed up their customer service, but that lady is completely nuts for wasting the police and dispatcher's time.

    But... I agree with the lady.. iF they don't have what you ordered they should give back the money. Not saying call 911 though.
