Ok so maybe Inwall would not be the right person to chime in on this question.. but I have a maxi mini and he is healthy and beautiful open most of the day attached within rocks, but he is not eating at all ... i tried to feed him everything under the sun, pe mysis, silversides, krill, even raw shrimp and squid and nothing.. not even my butterfly fish ;)

is it normal? should i stress? the water parameters are all in line, i have 6 t5 on top of him as well as the orphek 156 lighting fixture... any ideas?

I am adding some pictures so you guys can see it...
it looks like nothing is attaching when i feed him..

How long have you had it & what sort of tank wide coverage feeding do you do?

I only direct feed mine about every 2-3 weeks & sometimes in the past it doesmt even really seem to care to take it unless I am presistent. It could jsut be getting enough from column filtering & light.

umm i had him for about 2 weeks... i feed pretty much nori everyday for my tangs, and mix frozen food from mysis to rod's food, a couple of cubes a day.. dose pytho one a week... i didnt think he could survive without direct feeding, i know they are photosynthetic but i read somewhere that they dont derive all their energy from there
