    tstone,

I reread my post and wouldn't make any changes in the delivery or information. I'm sorry you were offended.

wow....tstone....sorry to of started that way must suck. I would say your algae is from an overcycle (too much nitrate coming from your critters) which cna be stopped if you lighten you bioload (which is high). I have been crittisized for putting way too much in far too little....like a 12 gal tank with: a baby imperator, 5 anemones, polyps, xenia, hermits, snails, plants, starfish...but if you plan to go longterm lose a grouper....even if you dont...lose a grouper. You should be ok with the addition of nitrifing bacteria (bio-spira, fritzyme...ect.) and careful watch on your ammonia and nitrite. Garaunteed the eel and groupers survive the cycle with intelleent care (may be tough for some here.... ::)),they are truly hardcore....much more so than damsels but the wrasse and hermits may not. Oh ya.....dont be such a 8====D ~~~! J/k.... but seriously take it easy bro....start fresh....and apply some lube to ease the friction if you know what i mean.

    JohnO,

"What an extraordinarily arrogant person you are. You post a question and then expect the very next person to simply answer it at your convenience? "

Posting a question and expecting an answer is arrogant?
Perhaps you need a dictionary sir.

"and " lucky us" get to answer them without comment. "

Perhaps in addition to a dictionary you need to learn to read.
If you re-read my posts you will see that I didn't have a problem
with comment, I had a problem with lack of answer, and method of comment.

    "I for one can help"
I for one would find help from someone who has such weak grasp on English...well...useless.

You've made 2 posts on this thread, both of them inflammatory, useless,
completely unrelated to aquaria. Well done. How about a third?

And you've made all of 5 posts on this entire site which seems to give you the right to cop an attitude and abuse our members and our moderators.  If you don't like what you're seeing/reading here at 3reef, maybe you should seek answers to your questions elsewhere. And don't bother trying to get a rise out of me by replying because I'm all done here.

    man, this is so stupid...
Why are you being such an idiot?
    Here is my advise:
If you don't want people to give you their opinion, don't ask. Get a book!
That will tell you what algae comes from and won't criticise you. That won't help you, but it will do just what you want, answer your question and nothing else.

Criticism is a good thing, if it's constructive. And that's just what happens here.
    And, they are right...

I really feel sorry for your fish man and I hope you'll get down from whatever trip you are on and start thinking that the people are trying to help you out and nothing more.

Ok. Most people including tstone has had a good point or two even if the delivery wasn't always the best.

Let's try to walk away from this now.
It has been reduced to name calling and I won't allow that on 3reef. Plenty of other places to do that.

    I am locking this thread.
