Do you know if it is fungal or bacterial ?

How prone are they to fungal ?

And what do you treat with if it is fungal ?

I've mostly treated for bacterial (one time for internal worms etc) and the problems went away each time. I went with everything orally because I really didn't want to remove him from the stable environment to put him in a hospital tank.

Didn't see anything really related to fungal.

I'm glad you have posted this info. I have been looking at a lot of the different lions and the Bluefoot has always caught my eye. I can cross it of my list now, especially with one child and another on the way, I might not have the time necessary to give to the care of this fish. Beautiful pics by the way. :)

I made him beg for his supper! When he sees the green net he assumes the position.

His tank feels so cold.... right now it is 59. Brrrrr!
