FYI on barnacle blennies - I had ordered 4 from Live Saltwater Fish , Live Corals,Saltwater Fish Aquariums, Tropical Fish and Aquarium Supplies and they wound up sending me 2 different species. 2 of them were very small with red eyes, red/purple bodies and the other 2 were a little larger with black eyes, brown/grey bodies and have that distinctive blenny look to them. The larger ones are A LOT more aggressive than the other ones (don't remember the specie names so I have to go by size) and would fight all of the time. Finally I had to catch one and sell it to my LFS. The small ones are very cool and were not territorial at all BUT they both preferred shells and holes in LR better than the barnacles I had in the tank. Another disappiontment is that they NEVER leave their home unless food is in the tank so you never really get to see them at all but definitely interesting to watch how fast they dart in and out when food is present. I currently have the one larger species left - the smaller ones only lived for about a year for some reason and both died within a few weeks of each other for no apparent reason.

Just thought I'd share my experience before you do buy and if you do have any other similar blennies in the tank (ex: bicolor), be prepared for a big fight with one not making it (prob the barnacle blenny).
