    I'll never dispute that it's possible- I've had nems kill dwarf angels as well as tangs, and even had a mature captive-bred clown that got stung when she (I presume) "instictively" dove into a BTA. OTOH, the OP's fish has been partially eaten by something else, even at the tail area near the nem's mouth, and a large hermit is sitting on it's head, which makes the situation a bit more suspicious, at least to me... :)

    Indeed, but Flower Anemones aren't all that known for being big fish killers in aquariums.

    Learn something new every day in this bobbie. I never thought to look up anemone's eating fish until today.
