    i doubt that spotted mandarin will survive. the tank isnt large enough (not enough LR) to have a large enough pod pop. to support it. you will have to suppliment with live pods to give it a fighting chance. imo.

    I got plenty of pods in my refugium and every night my DT is crawling with it from the night before. Well I'm also feeding it brine shrimp , it just comes to my syringe and waits for me to sqiurt it out for feeding. So I doubt it'll stave. My LPS somehow trained it to eat brine shrimp. .. I even told her to feed it so I can see for myself.

    Nice looking reef!! Cool video. I'm not sure if this is a big deal, but that little 6 legged starfish, about 3:30mins into to video, might be a cause for concern. I believe they are pests. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure what they do bad, but I remember hearing bad things about them..
