    quick summary :

    lfs guy says he got a reef snake in and they never live and the need dsb. my tank has about 3in sand bed. so he says i can have it for $1 bc he cant give away stuff so i agree good deal :) i put it in a month or so ago and never saw it i figured it died and got itself eaten ....then it popped up :)


    sry for the crappy pic hes ubber shy/ skittish so its the best i can do . hes about 12 inches long least i saw his entire body

    as far as i know they are not poisonous ... apparently they are very hard to keep alive but mines doing well (7/8 died in shipping frm the wholesaler to the lfs). i was told hes supposed to have live foods like baby minos or baby mollys or thinggs to that effect,how ever i saw mine catch some frozen mysis shrimp :)

    it would be cool to have like 10 or 15 of these guys. from what i can find on google they live in laarge groups in the wild and they look lik sea grass. they are very very skittish that retreat into the sand at the slightest sign of movement kinda like a clam.

    He's a garden eel. Not a snake. HE'S AWESOME THOUGH. I saw a tank in a mag a while back and the guy had about 20 or so of them. They are awesome.
