I used to have one of those frames you put an SD card in. It could also play a "slideshow" from a location on my homenetwork.

I don't recall the model of it, I eventually sold it on craigslist (got bored with it).

But you could combine those two things for what you want. Other good suggestions in this thread too.

 

I would say your solution would require a couple different things. You can either find a camera that can take pictures and upload them directly, or simply find one that can take pictures on a timer and transmit via bluetooth or wifi to a local computer at your house. If you can get that far, then I'd look into some sort of data sync software (iCloud does this pretty well now, not sure what else without researching). This essentially will monitor a folder on your local computer, any additions or changes are automatically sync'd up online or with other devices. You could then setup a device in your office with the same sync software, which will receive everything as they are taken.

Probably a bit more of a DIY solution than a nanny cam or something like that, but I think it's more of what you're talking about, and gives you the flexibility to take higher quality or whatever you want.
