? about my bulbs

    I bought an Aqualight Pro HQI/Compact Fluorescent/Lunar Light Fixture 48" 696 watt, 2-250 watt HQI, 2-96 watt compact fluorescent. I was wondering if my bulbs will go bad if the fixture has not been used yet and will not be used for a while? I also want to know if this lighting will be good for a 120 gallon tank

    Yes. Even if you "test" them, you'll still have that "new light" smell.
