    I have the same issue, they just wont live for me. I've tried placement, flow everything. I cant get sympodium to survive either, after like 3 frags of each melting away over time, I'm not killing anymore of them in this tank.

    +2 this says it all IMO. they are low-moderate flow/low light corals, that do well with targeted feeding. I always keep mine under ledges, you'd think they wouldn't get enough light, but they do...
