    I just got my shipment in. I was wondering how long i let them temp acc for? Do i separate them when i drop them in? Do i drop them anywhere?

    Just float in bag(s) to temp and dump in if they were shipped.

    I put mine in a tupperware and make them crawl out on their own. Keep down on the crab population that sneak in.

    I just temp acclimate them shortly, then dump them in.

    I was warned NOT to drip aclimatize them when I ordered them. Somehow mixing the newer water with the old creates ammonia or some such thing and it can kill the snails.

    yes,it raises the ph and the toxidity(sp?) of the ammonia rises also to lethal levels according to John from reefcleaners acclimation instuctions.
